Pastor Tim Shields (Timmy Ray) is a forerunner and is passionate about prayer and helping the body of Christ find their God given destiny - promised land. He is the co-founder of the CONTENT Media Conferences and is on the staff at Capernaum Studios and has served as a pastor for many years. Tim is blessed with five grown children, which are all married. Tim is happily married and resides in the Dallas, Texas area.
The Content Media Conference is an annual event where Christian filmmakers and media professionals gather to network, learn, and collaborate. The conference has evolved over the years, with recent events held at Capernaum Studios. Capernaum Studios is state-of-the-art facility offering film sets for feature films, shorts, movies, series, devotionals, and church media projects.

Phyllis Wong

The committee also considers leaders that work to create a positive experience in their communities. This month, All Nations TV selects Pastor Phyllis Wong.
Pastor Phyllis Wong was born in Tampa, Florida to the late Preston Wong and Angela Wong-McKinnes. She has attended and completed her public-school education graduating from Armwood High School in 2009. Phyllis continued her education; graduating from Isaiah University Holy Ghost Seminary with a Baccalaureate in Arts in Music Ministry and pursuing her Masters. She is a devoted and loving mother. She proudly serves as the Worship Leader and Youth Pastor of Life Impact Church International in Sarasota, Florida where Chief Apostle Dr. Kenneth L. Ellis and Prophetess Tamara Ellis are her Pastors.
Pastor Phyllis has always had a passion for music; singing before she could speak at the tender age of 3. Although Pastor Phyllis has been singing for 29 years, she has used her gift of singing in ministry for 21 years. She has been a part of local and national award-winning ministries, shaping and assisting her gift to advance the kingdom of God. In 2012, Phyllis stepped out on faith, and “I Am Phyllis Wong Ministries” was birth. Since then, Pastor Phyllis has traveled across the United States sharing her gift of song. In 2023, she was crowned the "I Support Florida Gospel Music Movement" Florida's Princess of Praise.
Pastor Phyllis has released 3 singles – the award-nominated debut single “Our God” reaching 101 on the iTunes charts, her highly energic single “My Soul Says Yes” and her comedic TikTok sensation “Mind Your Business.” Pastor Phyllis is also featured on REMIX Worship's album "Lift Him Up." In 2024, Phyllis became an author, releasing her debut book "Healing Out Loud: My Recovery After Divorce."
Throughout her music ministry, Pastor Phyllis has had the honor of singing background for Bishop Marvin Sapp, Maranda Curtis, Tim Rogers of Tim Rogers and The Fellas, Dorinda Clark Cole, and more. She has shared the stage with artists such as Bishop William Murphy III, Pastor Donnie McClurklin, Pastor John P. Kee, Pastor Eddie James, Fred Hammond, Kirk Franklin, and many others.
Pastor Phyllis has won various awards including the 2019 “True Praise Radio Honors” Award for “Praise and Worship Artist of the Year.”, the 2020 “True Praise Radio Honors” Award for “Female Artist of The Year”, the 2021 “Tampa Bay Gospel Awards” for “TBGA Artist of The Year", and the 2022 "Music Love" Award for "Praise & Worship Artist of The Year. "
Pastor Phyllis is a radical worshipper who believes that God blessed her with the gifts of singing and writing to uplift, encourage, and bring life and hope to people everywhere. Her ministry is driven by a deep desire to inspire the next generation through the transformative power of worship and the Word.

Duane Knight aka "Dr. D"

Duane Knight is a Native of Brooklyn. Affectionately, professionally known as Dr. D. or Doc. is a renowned visionary, trailblazer, and entrepreneur. In 2025, Dr. D. career will celebrate 66 years of life; 50 years as one of the six Original Gospel Mobile DJ's; a 3 times self-published book author that included the 1st ever full color coffee table photography book on Gospel Music. Also in 2025, he will also be celebrating 30 years as a Gospel Music and faith-based Freelance Photographer; 30 years as a Radio DJ and Announcer on WHCR 90.3 FM in Harlem NY. Dr. D. was the Sunday Program Director on “funkNationradio.com.” for almost 3 years. Believe it or not, this means that God called Dr. D. at the age of 15.
On Apr 6, 2024, Dr. D. became a “DJ Legend” Holy Hip Hop/Christian Hip Hop Hall of Fame inductee. In March 2024, Mr. Knight was the Nominee for the National Black Radio Hall of Fame. Again, in March 2024, he was the 1st Gospel DJ spotlighted 3 times in the DJ Times Magazine. June 2023, on Father’s Day, Doc was giving the title “Father of the Gospel DJ Movement.” A month later in July, he was appointed Director of the Gospel Industry Network (G.I.N.) Convention Gospel DJ Division. In 2021 the K-Sound Praise Fest Awarded him as “Living Legend as Radio Announcer/DJ of the Year.” Doc recognition excelled as he works within the community unrecognizably; In Oct 2019, he was the GMA/Dove awards Hall of Fame nominee. In 2012- “Favor Ain’t Fair Award” was given to Dr. D. Doc was recognized for his Outstanding Service and Inspiration for his great efforts in taking pride for his work ethics.
In 2011- He was nominated for the Central South Distribution Trailblazer Reach Award. In 2010- the Higher Ground Record Pool, which Dr. D. co-founded, was awarded the “Record Pool of the Year” by the New Music Weekly Magazine.
In 2009 Feb- Dr. D. co-created the 1st Music Conference for Christian DJ's. In 2005 & 2004- he was nominated for the International Gospel Music Hall of Fame Industry. In 2005- he founded Damascus Road Enterprises, LLC. In 2004/2003 Aug, Doc was titled a Gospel Industry Mover & Shaker in New York. In 2002 Aug- he was the 1st Gospel DJ/Radio Announcer awarded the GMWA Gospel Announcers Guilds' Horizon Award.
On July 1, 2000, Dr. D. aka Duane Knight joined hands in marriage fellow to Radio Announcer and newspaper columnist Gloria “Auntie Gee” McCray-Knight. Her column, “All Around the Town w Auntie Gee” lasted about 15 years and her radio show, “Sunday Sit Down w Auntie Gee” was on Funk Nation Radio.com until her passing in Jan 2023.
In 2000 April, - he became the Official Gospel DJ for the Empire Rollerdome Gospel Skate Night. 1999 July- Doc was the 1st Gospel DJ to spin at the Central Park Summerstage. On Jan. 1998, Dr. D. Co-founded the 1st Christian DJ Record Pool; the “Higher Ground DJ Record Pool” with DJ Lace of (ATL) and Sherri Johnson from (Philly). On March 1998, he did a Live recording for the International Atlantic TV at WHCR 90.3. Again in Mar. 1998, he did a Live recording for the German TV at the Gospel Lighthouse Christian Nite Club.
Self-growth never stops as Duane continued to flourish to top his affection in the Gospel music industry, with that being saith, in 1998, he created and hosted a Mini NY/NJ Tour for Angie and Debbie Winans. 1998 July-he Spun again at a Christian Nite Club youth event in London, England.
Jan 1998- Dr. D. Appeared in the England’s BBC TV documentary on Holy Hip Hop which was filmed LIVE at the Gospel Lighthouse Christian Nite Club. In 1997 Sept- was the Mr. Knight Grand Opening at the 2nd Gospel Lighthouse in Jersey City, NJ.
In 1997 Oct- Hosted NSoul Records' DJ Scott Blackwell at GLH NJ. 1997 May- Mr. Knight Received the Salvation & Deliverance church’s Awards for his “Late Nite Journey 2” radio show on WHCR 90.3FM.

Dr. Clark W. Joseph, a native of Lafayette, LA is a minister of music specializing in ministering the good news of Jesus Christ through the medium of music. He has earned Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees in Piano Performance from the University of Louisiana @ Lafayette. He also earned a Master of Science in Education from Fordham University in New York. He has done post-graduate work receiving certification in Education Administration from The City College of New York. He was awarded the Dean’s Honor Scholarship from Southern Methodist University, Perkins School of Theology(Dallas) where he earned a Master of Theological Studies. He was also awarded the Doctor of Ministry degree from the Bell Grove Theological Seminary of Baton Rouge, LA and earned the Doctor of Worship Studies degree from Liberty University School of Music of Lynchburg, VA.
The ministry of music has taken him throughout the U.S., Africa and Europe conducting workshops and seminars. He has been a guest presenter at the Gospel Music Workshop of America and the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship Conference. He has been a guest lecturer at Southern Methodist University (Perkins School of Theology) in the Sacred Music Division since 2006. His compositions have been recorded with the GMWA Mass Choir, GMWA Men of Promise, the Northern California Chapter of GMWA, Modern Day Music Ministry Conference and the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, Austin, TX.
Dr. Joseph is a member of the following organizations: Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, Dallas Metroplex Musicians Association, Gospel Music Workshop of America and the National Association of Negro Musicians. He is also a member of the National Convention of Gospel Choirs and Choruses, Hampton University Ministers’ Conference and the American Choral Directors Association.
He serves as the Assistant Minister of Music for the Dallas Chapter of the Gospel Music Workshop of America and the Minister of Music for the One Dallas Metropolitan Choral Union of the National Convention of Gospel Choirs and Choruses. In October 2023, he was appointed as the National Minister of Music for the Progressive Baptist National Convention. He has served as Minister of Music for the National Baptist Convention USA Musical in 2006 (Dallas, TX). Additionally, he served as Minister of Music for the National Baptist Convention of America Board Meeting Musical in 2007 (Dallas, TX). He was one of the featured Ministers of Music in June 2007 issue of the national publication, Gospel Today magazine and in January, 2014 in By Design Magazine. In June of 2008 and 2014 he served as the Minister of Music for the National Baptist Congress Musical (Dallas, TX). Additionally, he has served as Choir Conductor for the Emmy Award winning Black Academy of Arts & Letters Black Music and Civil Rights Movement Concert at the Meyerson Symphony Hall in Dallas since 2008 featuring recording artists CeCe Winans, Ledisi, Chisette Michele, Reuben Studdard, Karen Clark-Sheard, Fantasia, Peabo Bryson, B Slade, Ernest Pugh, Kim Burrell, LeAndria Johnson, Dorinda Clark-Cole and Avery Sunshine. He has conducted the State Fair of Texas Night of Gospel Choir since 2014. In 2019 he was the Choir Master for Gospel Goes Classical with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, featuring Bishop Marvin Winans, as well as Together We Sing with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra paying tribute to Richard Smallwood in 2022. In 2023 he served as Choir Master again for Together We Sing featuring Erica Campbell and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. In 2020, his musical composition, We’ve Come To Praise The Lord was featured in the Fox Television Network Series, FILTHY RICH. He was invited to present at the Louisiana Music Teachers Association regarding the use of gospel music in music education in November 2022. His choir performed for the American Choral Directors Association in 2021 and has been invited to perform again in 2025. Additionally he made his conducting debut at Carnegie Hall in June of 2023 and has been extended an invitation to conduct for the 42nd Season in June 2025 of the American Choral Series in Florence, Italy!
The St. John Church Music Ministry has recorded two projects and is the featured choir on Bishop Richard White’s Live Recording, I’m Glad. Additionally, the St. John Church Music Ministry was the 2011 Dallas Regional Winner of the How Sweet The Sound Choir Competition, representing the Dallas Region in the National Finale Competition in Los Angeles, CA. In 2012, for the same competition, the St. John Church Music Ministry was the How Sweet The Sound Dallas Regional Runner-Up, as well as the People’s Choice Award Winner. In 2013 the St. John Music Ministry was the National Winner of the Hopeline Award from Verizon’s How Sweet The Sound. As a result of this award, Verizon presented $10,000.00 to Brighter Tomorrows, a local organization that combats domestic violence.
Clark presently serves as full-time Minister of Music & Worship Arts at the St. John Church Unleashed of Grand Prairie/Southlake, TX, one church ministering in multiple locations. He has served the St. John Church for the past 28 years! Prior to relocating in Grand Prairie, TX, he worked for the New York City Board of Education as School Administrator, Music Specialist and Classroom Teacher. He is the father of three sons, Wynton Lamaur, a Texas A&M University graduate, Karmell Micah, a Stephen F. Austin University graduate, Ross Wayman, a senior at Texas Tech University. Additionally he is the proud grandfather of granddaughter Diza Ira and grandson Caius Damir.
As you can see, Dr. Joseph is very busy but he keeps his priorities in order.

He was also awarded the Doctor of Ministry degree from the Bell Grove Theological Seminary of Baton Rouge, LA and earned the Doctor of Worship Studies degree from Liberty University School of Music of Lynchburg, VA.
The ministry of music has taken him throughout the U.S., Africa and Europe conducting workshops and seminars. He has been a guest presenter at the Gospel Music Workshop of America and the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship Conference. He has been a guest lecturer at Southern Methodist University (Perkins School of Theology) in the Sacred Music Division since 2006. His compositions have been recorded with the GMWA Mass Choir, GMWA Men of Promise, the Northern California Chapter of GMWA, Modern Day Music Ministry Conference and the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, Austin, TX.
Dr. Joseph is a member of the following organizations: Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, Dallas Metroplex Musicians Association, Gospel Music Workshop of America and the National Association of Negro Musicians. He is also a member of the National Convention of Gospel Choirs and Choruses, Hampton University Ministers’ Conference and the American Choral Directors Association.
He serves as the Assistant Minister of Music for the Dallas Chapter of the Gospel Music Workshop of America and the Minister of Music for the One Dallas Metropolitan Choral Union of the National Convention of Gospel Choirs and Choruses. In October 2023, he was appointed as the National Minister of Music for the Progressive Baptist National Convention. He has served as Minister of Music for the National Baptist Convention USA Musical in 2006 (Dallas, TX). Additionally, he served as Minister of Music for the National Baptist Convention of America Board Meeting Musical in 2007 (Dallas, TX). He was one of the featured Ministers of Music in June 2007 issue of the national publication, Gospel Today magazine and in January, 2014 in By Design Magazine. In June of 2008 and 2014 he served as the Minister of Music for the National Baptist Congress Musical (Dallas, TX). Additionally, he has served as Choir Conductor for the Emmy Award winning Black Academy of Arts & Letters Black Music and Civil Rights Movement Concert at the Meyerson Symphony Hall in Dallas since 2008 featuring recording artists CeCe Winans, Ledisi, Chisette Michele, Reuben Studdard, Karen Clark-Sheard, Fantasia, Peabo Bryson, B Slade, Ernest Pugh, Kim Burrell, LeAndria Johnson, Dorinda Clark-Cole and Avery Sunshine. He has conducted the State Fair of Texas Night of Gospel Choir since 2014. In 2019 he was the Choir Master for Gospel Goes Classical with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, featuring Bishop Marvin Winans, as well as Together We Sing with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra paying tribute to Richard Smallwood in 2022. In 2023 he served as Choir Master again for Together We Sing featuring Erica Campbell and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. In 2020, his musical composition, We’ve Come To Praise The Lord was featured in the Fox Television Network Series, FILTHY RICH. He was invited to present at the Louisiana Music Teachers Association regarding the use of gospel music in music education in November 2022. His choir performed for the American Choral Directors Association in 2021 and has been invited to perform again in 2025. Additionally he made his conducting debut at Carnegie Hall in June of 2023 and has been extended an invitation to conduct for the 42nd Season in June 2025 of the American Choral Series in Florence, Italy!
The St. John Church Music Ministry has recorded two projects and is the featured choir on Bishop Richard White’s Live Recording, I’m Glad. Additionally, the St. John Church Music Ministry was the 2011 Dallas Regional Winner of the How Sweet The Sound Choir Competition, representing the Dallas Region in the National Finale Competition in Los Angeles, CA. In 2012, for the same competition, the St. John Church Music Ministry was the How Sweet The Sound Dallas Regional Runner-Up, as well as the People’s Choice Award Winner. In 2013 the St. John Music Ministry was the National Winner of the Hopeline Award from Verizon’s How Sweet The Sound. As a result of this award, Verizon presented $10,000.00 to Brighter Tomorrows, a local organization that combats domestic violence.
Clark presently serves as full-time Minister of Music & Worship Arts at the St. John Church Unleashed of Grand Prairie/Southlake, TX, one church ministering in multiple locations. He has served the St. John Church for the past 28 years! Prior to relocating in Grand Prairie, TX, he worked for the New York City Board of Education as School Administrator, Music Specialist and Classroom Teacher. He is the father of three sons, Wynton Lamaur, a Texas A&M University graduate, Karmell Micah, a Stephen F. Austin University graduate, Ross Wayman, a senior at Texas Tech University. Additionally he is the proud grandfather of granddaughter Diza Ira and grandson Caius Damir.

One day, he walked to school and had a dream he would be on the Radio. He used to love to play his mother’s records on her old record player. Chuy Gomez, the biggest jock in Bay Area gave him a chance.
Fascinated with radio, he knew what he was destined to do in life when he heard his material on the air. Marcus found his spot in radio. In two years, he became one the fastest growing DJ’s in history. During that time, Marcus has done Red Carpet work at the Stellar Awards 2018-2019. He has also done Red Carpet work at the 50th Annual Dove Awards in Nashville, Tennessee. He has since hosted radio shows on KMEL 106.1, KNBR 680AM, 1050 Am, KPOO 89.5 FM.
