Firm Foundation Ministries
Don M. Smith is the Senior Pastor of Firm Foundation Ministries in Centerville, Michigan. He and his wife, Lisa, have been in the ministry since 1993. Don was involved in prison ministry in Florida for some years while also doing tent revivals across the south. He served as an elder and eventually co-pastor at Calvary Temple Worship Center in Florida until becoming the Senior Pastor at White Double Pond Community Church in Wausau, Florida. He served there until June of 2003 when he and his family moved to Michigan. He now lives in Centerville, Michigan with his wife, Lisa. His daughter, Malyn and her husband Brian and their three daughters and son live in Michigan and helped plant the FFM-Kalamazoo church. They are back now serving at Centerville. Their son, TC, and his wife Sarah have three daughters and a son and live in Michigan and are also part of the church in Centerville.
Pastor Don, and the Eldership team have led the church to become a place where discipleship and church planting are the main focus of the ministry and have established a fully accredited Bible College. EDGE Bible College is for the equipping of people to serve in the Kingdom of God. Don has also written a discipleship program that was published in 2006. The name of the book is With Total Abandon. The book focuses on leadership training and team ministry concepts.
Pastor Don and Lisa travel the world teaching and training church leadership and doing marriage seminars. Their focus is on discipleship and helping churches become a healthy strong part of their community. Brazil, Guatemala, Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, England, and Canada are places where Pastor Don travels often planting churches and helping established churches grow. His passion for the local church is contagious and energizing.

James Wallace Edwin Dixon, II, is an exemplary servant-leader. Dixon is a nationally recognized pastor and transformative faith teacher, an inspiring motivational speaker, a skilled business and community impact consultant, a civil and human rights advocate, and a gifted creative content producer.
At age 15, surrendering to the burden of the Divine Call, he was licensed to preach after delivering his first sermon at Greater Mount Pillow Missionary Baptist Church, under Rev. Clovis E. Johnson. Two months after graduating from Waltrip High School, in 1981, Dixon was called to be the pastor of that same church, at age 18. He was the youngest pastor in Texas.
Following Pastor James Dixon’s vision, the church’s membership increased from 150 to several thousand. After outgrowing facilities at 5309 Feagan Street, in 1986, at age 23, he led a bold relocation to 1023 Pinemont Drive where a larger church complex was purchased.
Continued growth in ministries and membership enabled the church to purchase 22.6 acres, which includes The Community Of Faith King’s Dome Cathedral located at 1024 Pinemont Drive. Through its 30 plus active ministries, the church has led thousands to faith in Christ, and continues to develop generations of believers who enrich society through Christian values.
Bishop James Dixon is a pastors’ pastor and highly regarded Kingdom leader! In 2006, Bishop Dixon was duly consecrated as Founder and Presiding Prelate of Kingdom Builders Global Fellowship (KBGF), a reformation of pastors in the U.S. and in Africa. Pastors and churches throughout the nation trust Bishop Dixon’s counsel, guidance, and spiritual covering. KBGF helped create and continues to support a church, school and orphanage in Uganda, and in the Bijuri District in Africa. Additionally, Bishop Dixon has led several mission’s trips to Africa.
Dr. James Dixon is also a community impact leader. Dixon has and continues to serve on multiple influential boards. Former boards include: United Way of Houston, Black United Fund, METRO. Present boards include: President of Houston NAACP, since 2018, he has served on the board of the Harris County Sports and Convention Corporation, which oversees NRG Park and Stadium, and Dixon has been chairman of that same board since 2022. Furthermore, he has also served on the Precinct One Street Olympics board, led by Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis.
Dr. James Dixon is dedicated and impassioned Dad. He is most grateful and humble to be the father of two young incredible ladies, Mariah Nicole Brown and Victoria Elyse Dixon, and one young son, James Dixon, III. Dr. Dixon is thankful to God for grace and mercy. In his own words: “I am not perfect, but I am purposed by the One who is… My Savior, Sponsor and Sender, Jesus Christ!”

Pastor Arthur L. Powell has served as Pastor of the Travelers Rest Missionary Baptist Church, Morrow, Georgia, since 1986. He was born in Valdosta, Georgia and later became a native of Decatur, Georgia. Under Pastor Powell’s leadership, the congregation has grown to over 1500 members and over 40 ministries.
Pastor Powell attended Morehouse College and graduated from Dekalb College and Carver Bible College. He is the past President of the Association of Christian Ministers of Clayton County with a membership of 10,000. He is a life-time member of the Clayton County NAACP. He is also a member of the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. Pastor is the past Moderator of The Hopewell Baptist Association.
In 2012, Pastor Powell received the Heritage Legacy Award for his unending dedication to ACMCC and he also received the 2003 Pastors Gospel Choice Award. In 2015, he received The Honorary Degree of Doctor of Divinity from American Bible University. Also the Pillar Award in Ministry from The Good Sheppard Center of Morrow, GA. Pastor has received many other recognitions and awards throughout his Ministry. Rev. Powell and First Lady Dianne Powell have one daughter, Adrian. The family currently resides in the Henry County area.

Rev. King also has served on the board of directors for several organizations including the Chamber of Commerce, Dallas NAACP and has over twenty-five years of experience in leadership and management. He spent over ten years serving in church ministries and on church staff of well-established ministries in Dallas. He is the founder and lead pastor of Disciple Central Community Church, a ministry that was birthed in 2008 with only seven members. Since that time, DC3 has become a name in the community because of its outreach efforts in Dallas County, as well as in other countries with such efforts in The Gambia, West Africa, Haiti and Jamaica. Also, he is the president and CEO of Marcus D. King Ministries Inc.
He has received several prestigious awards for his commitment to community, leadership and Christ throughout the years. As the founding pastor of in Houston, Texas, Dr. Hill is committed to transforming lives through the power of the Gospel. She passionately believes that the church must reach beyond its four walls, declaring, “If you only stay within the confines of your church, you are merely a social club!”
Her ministry is rooted in outreach. For over 25 years, she has led the Relying on God Conference, an empowering platform for women of all backgrounds. Through her charitable organization, Hilltop Community Outreach, Dr. Hill actively serves underprivileged children, hosting backpack drives, biblical lessons, and community events. Hilltop has partnered with companies such as Chick-fil-A, Raising Cane’s, and McDonald’s to ensure children receive spiritual nourishment and essential resources. The ministry has also adopted a local apartment complex, where members regularly conduct prayer and Bible study sessions. Deeply burdened for the next generation, she founded High School Park and Pray, a movement where church members visit campuses across Houston to pray on-site for students and faculty. For more than nine years, she has faithfully served the elderly by leading weekly church services—singing, preaching, and playing instruments—at St. Dominic’s Village Nursing Facility.
In March 2022, under divine instruction, Dr. Hill launched a nationwide Prayer Crusade, taking her ministry from coast to coast—including Hawaii. With no offerings collected and no agendas promoted, this pure initiative of intercession has touched countless lives and reignited hearts for God.

Pastor Clifford L. Mayes is an Alabama native. At 6 years old he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. At the age of 18 he accepted the Lord’s calling of him into the preaching ministry. As an associate minister God favored Pastor Mayes with many preaching opportunities all over northwest Alabama.
At the age of 20 he was called to pastor the Ebenezer Baptist Church of Athens, Alabama. While serving the Ebenezer Church he was elected 2nd Vice Moderator of the Round Island Creek Baptist District Association. Pastor Mayes was called to his 2nd pastoral assignment at the Galilee Baptist Church of Florence, Alabama.
While serving the Galilee Church he was elected 2nd Vice President of the Congress of Christian Education of the Muscle Shoals Baptist District Association. He was a frequent guest speaker on Comcast Gospel Show of Florence, Alabama.
Pastor Mayes was called to his 3rd pastoral assignment at The Macedonia Baptist Church in Toledo, Ohio and pastored there for 22 years. During his tenure he served in many capacities, including the Moderator of the Ohio New Life Baptist Association of Toledo, Ohio. He previously served as liaison of young pastors and moderators of the Moderators Division of the National Baptist Convention USA, Inc.
Pastor Mayes formal education was received at Northwest Shoals Community College of Tuscumbia, Alabama and University of North Alabama, Florence, Alabama. In addition, he studied at Heritage Bible College of Huntsville, Alabama, and is presently a student at Faith& Seminary of Tacoma, WA.
Pastor Mayes is nationally renowned for his preaching prowess as he constantly travels the length and breadth of this country. He has
preached numerous times in the National Baptist Convention and in the Garnett Nabrit lecture series of the American Baptist College of Nashville, Tennessee.
Pastor Mayes is the newly installed Pastor of the Olivet Missionary Baptist Church in Florissant, Missouri.
He is also the proud father of two beautiful children: daughter, Ashtoni, and son, Carsten, as well as the doting grandfather of Aiden.

Pastor E. Shaun Williams serves as the Servant-Leader and Pastor of the historic Pleasant Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Waco. Pastor Williams has dedicated himself to spiritually leading the congregation with impactful sermons and an uncompromising commitment to biblical truths. He continues to be a strong advocate for missionary work, education, and stewardship. He strives to lead God’s people in fulfilling the Great Commission through its ministries and service.
Pastor Williams, a native of Austin, Texas, is the only son of Deacon Edgar Williams and the late Sister Gwendolyn Fay. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Park University in Parkville, Missouri. He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary.
Pastor Williams entered Liberty University Theological Seminary pursuing the Master of Divinity program [M.Div.] scheduled to complete in May of 2025.
His professional skills include more than twenty years of knowledge and experience in material coordinating, purchasing and project management for semiconductor material at Applied Materials Inc., which was the world’s largest equipment semiconductor company. He retired in March, 2015 – to begin his tenure at Pleasant Olive in Waco.
Pastor Williams is married to the former Lee Lynnette LeBlanc. They have been happily united for twenty-four years. With this union God has blessed them with two precious daughters, Chandler Raye and Kennedy Lee. He is a man who is truly called, appointed, and anointed of God to spread the gospel message.
He holds on to his motto, “I Don’t Know What God is Up to, But I Do Know it’s Up to God”, knowing that God has a plan and purpose in life for him, he strives to be all God wants him to be.

Dr. Allarry Daniels is the senior pastor of Shiloh Baptist Church in Terrell, Texas. He is a native of Terrell,Texas and a 1977 graduate of Terrell High School. He promotes kingdom-like living by unconditionally loving God and all of God’s people.
Presently, Dr. Daniels is the Dean of Academics at Trinity Valley Baptist Seminary and College in Kennedale, Texas. He began his post high school education at Southern Bible Institute in Dallas. He continued his education at Trinity Valley Baptist Seminary in Kennedale, Texas and completed his Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate.
For the last 20 years, Dr. Daniels has been the Senior Pastor of Shiloh Baptist Church in Terrell, Texas. He has won numerous community awards and has made a difference in the lives of many.

Dr. Albert Morgan is Pastor Emeritus of Union Baptist Temple of Bridgeton, New Jersey. He is known as God’s Mailman.
“God’s Mailman” began his preparation under the parental guidance of L.E. and Gloria Morgan. His home training was supported by the biblical foundation he received at Friendship Baptist Church, Brotmanville, New Jersey. In 1976, at Friendship, “God’s Mailman” received his call to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. Following the leading of the Lord, he united with the Union Baptist Temple of Bridgeton, New Jersey, to train under the tutelage of Reverend M. Marquette Peace. In preparation to fulfill the call on his life, after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Rowan University (Glassboro State College), Pastor Morgan completed the Biblical Studies curriculum at the Philadelphia College of Bible (Cairn University). Pastor Morgan furthered his academic studies at William Paterson College. The Bethany Baptist Association of South Jersey, in which Pastor Morgan is a Past-Moderator, ordained him in 1983. In 2016, Augustine Graduate School bestowed Pastor Morgan with an honorary Doctorate of Divinity.
“God’s Mailman” delivers the Word faithfully to the membership of Union Baptist Temple. He was called to the pastorate in April 1986, fulfilling God’s vision for his route. Pastor Morgan led the congregation in erecting a new edifice in 1991. Pastor Morgan, led by the Spirit of God, has built a ministry of up-reach, in-reach, and outreach. Many have received Christ! The edification of the saints is maintained through a multifaceted Bible studies program, including the Koinonia Bible Institute. Help for the hurting is provided through the Healing Word Biblical Instruction Center. Continuing the God-given vision, God’s Mailman developed and brought into fruition the Alms Center, a recreational and educational facility, in 1998. Based on Acts the third chapter, the Alms Center is a place of help, healing, and hope. Pastor Morgan serves as the Executive Director of the Temple Vision Corporation/Alms Center. Pastor Morgan has become the manager of a Christ-centered, worshipping, purposeful and innovative ministry by studying the Holy Bible’s road map, communicating with Postmaster through prayer, and surveying his route to observe the needs of his patrons.
“God’s Mailman” has delivered lessons of hope, reality, and achievement as an African-American History and Sociology teacher at Vineland High School for thirty-three years. Since his retirement, he has maintained his presence as an advocate, role model, and mentor for youth.

He is a member and Past President of the Bridgeton Christian Ministers’ Association. Pastor Morgan extends his ministry by serving as a Chaplain at the South Jersey Regional Medical Center. He has served as President of the Bridgeton City Council, a member of the Cumberland County E.O.F., a member of the Advisory Board of the Empowerment Zone, the Chaplain of the Bridgeton Police Department, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees for State Prisons.

Dr. Jackson was born in Terrell, Texas to Reverend & Mrs. McKinley Jackson. Dr. Jackson is married to Dr. Penelope Aikin-Jackson and is the father of Jazmine, Zoe & William McKinley Jackson, Jr.
Possessing a passion for the ministry of music, he is an anointed, gifted and classically trained musician of Weatherford College where he studied the Field of Music. He holds a B.A. Degree in Biblical Studies from Dallas Baptist University. A Master of Theology Degree from Houston Graduate School of Theology, and has his Doctorate Degree from Memphis Theological Seminary.
He accepted his calling in June of 1981 and was ordained in February 1989 at Samaria Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas. His ministerial objectives are to utilize his pastoral, preaching, teaching and administrative gifts. Carrying out his God-given calling, Reverend Jackson has served faithfully in Christian Ministry as former Pastor and Shepherd of Greater Middle Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee, and the Starlight Baptist Church of Beaumont, Texas.
Dr. Jackson is an active member of the National Missionary Baptist Convention of America. His professional skills include more than twenty years of knowledge and experience in material coordinating, purchasing and project management for semiconductor material at Applied Materials Inc., which was the world’s largest equipment semiconductor company. He retired in March, 2015 – to begin his tenure at Pleasant Olive in Waco.
Pastor Williams is married to the former Lee Lynnette LeBlanc. They have been happily united for twenty-four years. With this union God has blessed them with two precious daughters, Chandler Raye and Kennedy Lee. He is a man who is truly called, appointed, and anointed of God to spread the gospel message.
He holds on to his motto, “I Don’t Know What God is Up to, But I Do Know it’s Up to God”, knowing that God has a plan and purpose in life for him, he strives to be all God wants him to be.

Dr. Allarry Daniels is the senior pastor of Shiloh Baptist Church in Terrell, Texas. He is a native of Terrell,Texas and a 1977 graduate of Terrell High School. He promotes kingdom-like living by unconditionally loving God and all of God’s people.
Presently, Dr. Daniels is the Dean of Academics at Trinity Valley Baptist Seminary and College in Kennedale, Texas. He began his post high school education at Southern Bible Institute in Dallas. He continued his education at Trinity Valley Baptist Seminary in Kennedale, Texas and completed his Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate.
For the last 20 years, Dr. Daniels has been the Senior Pastor of Shiloh Baptist Church in Terrell, Texas. He has won numerous community awards and has made a difference in the lives of many.
Dr. Daniels is married to Andrea and they have a host of children and grandchildren.

Dr. Albert Morgan is Pastor Emeritus of Union Baptist Temple of Bridgeton, New Jersey. He is known as God’s Mailman.
“God’s Mailman” began his preparation under the parental guidance of L.E. and Gloria Morgan. His home training was supported by the biblical foundation he received at Friendship Baptist Church, Brotmanville, New Jersey. In 1976, at Friendship, “God’s Mailman” received his call to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. Following the leading of the Lord, he united with the Union Baptist Temple of Bridgeton, New Jersey, to train under the tutelage of Reverend M. Marquette Peace. In preparation to fulfill the call on his life, after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Rowan University (Glassboro State College), Pastor Morgan completed the Biblical Studies curriculum at the Philadelphia College of Bible (Cairn University). Pastor Morgan furthered his academic studies at William Paterson College. The Bethany Baptist Association of South Jersey, in which Pastor Morgan is a Past-Moderator, ordained him in 1983. In 2016, Augustine Graduate School bestowed Pastor Morgan with an honorary Doctorate of Divinity.
“God’s Mailman” delivers the Word faithfully to the membership of Union Baptist Temple. He was called to the pastorate in April 1986, fulfilling God’s vision for his route. Pastor Morgan led the congregation in erecting a new edifice in 1991. Pastor Morgan, led by the Spirit of God, has built a ministry of up-reach, in-reach, and outreach. Many have received Christ! The edification of the saints is maintained through a multifaceted Bible studies program, including the Koinonia Bible Institute. Help for the hurting is provided through the Healing Word Biblical Instruction Center. Continuing the God-given vision, God’s Mailman developed and brought into fruition the Alms Center, a recreational and educational facility, in 1998. Based on Acts the third chapter, the Alms Center is a place of help, healing, and hope. Pastor Morgan serves as the Executive Director of the Temple Vision Corporation/Alms Center. Pastor Morgan has become the manager of a Christ-centered, worshipping, purposeful and innovative ministry by studying the Holy Bible’s road map, communicating with Postmaster through prayer, and surveying his route to observe the needs of his patrons.
“God’s Mailman” has delivered lessons of hope, reality, and achievement as an African-American History and Sociology teacher at Vineland High School for thirty-three years. Since his retirement, he has maintained his presence as an advocate, role model, and mentor for youth.
“God’s Mailman” delivers equality and empowerment messages to Bridgeton’s residents. Pastor Morgan is a member and Past President of the Bridgeton School Board. He is a member and Past President of the Bridgeton Christian Ministers’ Association. Pastor Morgan extends his ministry by serving as a Chaplain at the South Jersey Regional Medical Center. He has served as President of the Bridgeton City Council, a member of the Cumberland County E.O.F., a member of the Advisory Board of the Empowerment Zone, the Chaplain of the Bridgeton Police Department, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees for State Prisons.
“God’s Mailman” delivers sermons from God’s Word with clarity and conviction to a local, state, national and international audience. As an additional avenue to fulfill Matthew 28: 19 & 20, Pastor Morgan reaches the masses as the Producer of S.T.A.N.D. Media Ministries that facilitate dynamic weekly radio and television ministry with a social media component. Dr. Morgan serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the National Convention of Gospel Choirs and Choruses and President of the New England Baptist Convention. Widely respected, Pastor Morgan has received numerous awards for his steadfast commitment to church and community, including but not limited to: Laymen’s Pastor of the Year, General Baptist Convention of New Jersey; Cumberland County Hall of Fame; Martin Luther King, Jr. Service Award; Cumberland Christian School Excellence Award; The Distinguished Men of Culture Award; Emmanuel Baptist Church Purpose Driven Life Award; City of Hope Bible College Excellence Award and General Baptist Convention of New Jersey Gold Pastor Award.

Dr. Jackson was born in Terrell, Texas to Reverend & Mrs. McKinley Jackson. Dr. Jackson is married to Dr. Penelope Aikin-Jackson and is the father of Jazmine, Zoe & William McKinley Jackson, Jr.
Possessing a passion for the ministry of music, he is an anointed, gifted and classically trained musician of Weatherford College where he studied the Field of Music. He holds a B.A. Degree in Biblical Studies from Dallas Baptist University. A Master of Theology Degree from Houston Graduate School of Theology, and has his Doctorate Degree from Memphis Theological Seminary.
He accepted his calling in June of 1981 and was ordained in February 1989 at Samaria Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas. His ministerial objectives are to utilize his pastoral, preaching, teaching and administrative gifts. Carrying out his God-given calling, Reverend Jackson has served faithfully in Christian Ministry as former Pastor and Shepherd of Greater Middle Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee, and the Starlight Baptist Church of Beaumont, Texas.
Dr. Jackson is an active member of the National Missionary Baptist Convention of America. He is a Member of Baptist Ministerial Alliance, Fort Worth, Texas, and Vice Moderator of The General Baptist International Association. He was inducted into the National Heritage Registry of Who’s Who. His leadership experience includes serving as the Former 2nd Vice Moderator of the Friendship Baptist District Association, A former member of the Tennessee Progressive Council of the Memphis Baptist Ministerial Association, Former Chairman of the Baptist Ministers Union – Fort Worth, Former Chairman of the Beaumont Baptist Ministers Union, Former Vice President of the Fort Worth Baptist Ministers Union, Former Chairman of the Evangelism Board Friendship Baptist District Association and the Former Vice President, Baptist Ministers Union, Fort Worth, Texas
